Nielsen IAG is looking for talented Editors to join its ad editorial department.
Are you interested in advertising and how it affects consumers? Are you a creative thinker who can recognize believable, alternate endings to a story? Can you quickly learn a proprietary writing style and implement it in your work, and also impart it to others as a knowledge leader? If yes, this might be the job for you. Editors ensure the integrity of online surveys that measure overall viewer recall of advertisements.
Nielsen IAG's editorial style is complex and evolving, thus Editors must learn the specifics very quickly while also adapting to style changes with short notice. They will also work closely with Writers and members of the client services team to finalize copy, and so must be comfortable both providing and receiving constructive criticism in a busy atmosphere.
All work is done in Nielsen IAG's Manhattan offices so no telecommuting is possible.
Compensation is $20/hr.
